I am a clinical and industrial pharmacist and strategic consultant to the U.S. Government on contract law, intellectual property and new drug development. My career is defined by navigating the rigorous technical and regulatory landscapes required to bring life-saving therapeutics from the laboratory to the public.
My professional approach—rooted in risk management and precise execution—is a direct extension of a life lived in high-consequence environments. Before focusing on pharmaceutical consulting, I served as a commercial, multi-engine pilot, an experience that ingrained in me the “pilot-in-command” mentality essential for managing complex, multi-input, data driven environments, which is the same as in the real world when you graduate.
When I am away from the consulting table, I pursue technical mastery through activities that demand intense focus and reactive timing. Whether I am navigating a technical ascent as a rock climber, maintaining a pace on my road bike, or refining my accuracy as a skeet shooter, I thrive on the challenge of technical disciplines.
I believe that the same discipline required to command an aircraft or consult on federal drug law and policy is what drives a successful climb: a commitment to preparation, a steady hand under pressure, and an unwavering focus on the objective.
These are the same skills that will make you master law school and, your career beyond.

Group tutoring allows for a large range of questions and issues to be raised in same timeframe as any one-on-one session. The advantage of group tutoring is that students often hear about, or become stronger on concepts with which they have spent little time or, have inadvertently missed. It allows for a lively discussion. The downside is simply that there is no one-on-one interaction.
Students are free to schedule both types of tutoring approaches, and there is no limit to class size.

One-on-One tutoring provides personalized academic support where we work as a team to address your unique challenges, clarify complex legal concepts, and develop essential skills like legal writing and exam preparation. This tailored approach allows for customized study plans, and immediate, focused feedback.

Larry helped me understand complex concepts in Contract law, specifically UCC 2-207 - Battle of the Forms, as well as differentiating different types of remedies. He was able to explain in simple terms, clarified by asking questions, and helped me learn by using examples and stories.

Larry explained key concepts with an organized and easy to understand approach. We even performed searches, read the rules and analyzed application. I was able to understand terms which were not explained in detail in class.

Yes — I offer online sessions through platforms like Zoom or Google Meet, so you can learn from wherever you are. I cover all schools and time zones in the continental USA, from Massachusetts to California. I also offer in-person tutoring for students that local to my area.
I do not provide study materials or notes as doing so impedes learning. The way to succeed is to, for example, take your own rough notes in class, and then I will show you how to quickly clean them up and then use those cleaned up notes to build a concise, tight course outline for exam time. Your success depends on your willingness to do all the most difficult tasks yourself (e.g., case briefing, note taking, legal writing), and then working together with me to guide you to understanding what you are struggling with, and teach you how to get everything done in the limited time available to you.
It does not matter which law school you attend. I know all your courses, textbooks, and cases. And I know all the different teaching styles that professors use. I will help you succeed regardless of which law school you attend.
